| Barstool Collection Policy Information |
BAR STOOL ORDERING INFO
The Barstool Collection staff will place your secured order with Trica Bar Stools within 24hrs Monday through Friday.
Since every bar stool order is custom made The Barstool Collection requires your order to be paid in full before going into production. We accept Visa, Mastercard, personal checks or money orders.
Bar stool merchandise will ship in approximately 5 working days. Most order will be delivered to you within 14 working days.
Unless otherwise specified in your order all bar stools are approximately 26 inches in height. This height will vary slightly based on your seat selection (fabric versus wood). If you need specific dimensions based on your selection please call The Barstool Collection at 1-866-753-8275.
All items are considered special orders and cannot be canceled or refunded.
All items ship via UPS and the cost of shipping is already included in the price.
The Barstool Collection only ships items within the continental 48 United States (not Alaska and Hawaii). We are known for our fast service and do our best to ensure that all bar stools are shipped within approximately 5 business days. All barstools are custom made with the highest quality parts in Trica’s computerized facility and delivered right to your door inside 10-14 working days.
However, if your bar stool is backordered you will be contacted with an estimated time of arrival and we will ship your order as soon as possible. If you have any questions regarding your order or shipping information, please contact us.
BAR STOOL RETURN POLICY
All bar stool sales are special orders and final sales. No returns or refunds of bar stool products accepted unless authorized by The Barstool Collection. If The Barstool Collection agrees to accept a return for reason other than defect, the customer is responsible for repackaging the merchandise in the original packing or box and return it undamaged to The Barstool Collection. Authorized returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and all freight charges.
The customer is responsible for inspecting the bar stool at the time of delivery. If the event that you receive damaged merchandise, you must make all notations on the freight bill. If the product is nicked or scraped, please keep the product and make the proper remarks on the freight bill. The product will be repaired or replacement parts will be sent. Please notify the Barstool Collection customer service immediately in the event that there is damage.
The Barstool Collection will be responsible for repairing or replacing any damaged merchandise.
TRICA BAR STOOL WARRANTY
The original buyer of a Trica bar stool product has a 10 year limited warranty covering any metal structure defect or any defects in fabrication resulting from human error.
The Trica bar stools external features, fabric coverings, seams and swivel plates are covered under a 1 year limited warranty for any fabrication defects.
The normal warranty wear and tear of the components mentioned above and paint finishes are not covered under the warranty.
Trica's responsibility will be the replacement of defective components/parts that are under warranty.
The commercial use of Trica products cancels the above mentioned warranty for residential use.
